Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of HypoTV’s websites, applications and IPTV streaming services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Service Description

HypoTV provides access to a curated library of more than 30,000 live television channels, video‑on‑demand content, sports packages and other programming via streaming. Our packages (1‑device, 2‑device or 3‑device) are offered on a monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual or annual basis with instant activation after payment, as described on our Pricing page. Features include a full electronic program guide (EPG), support for high‑definition, Full HD, 4K and 8K content, and multi‑device streaming. Content availability may vary based on licensing agreements and your geographic location.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use HypoTV. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account with any third party or exceed the device limit applicable to your subscription.

3. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

Subscriptions require payment of fees described on our Pricing page. Fees may vary based on package, number of devices and subscription duration. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include access to the stated number of channels and VOD content. We may change the subscription fees at any time but will notify you in advance. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the initial term and any renewal terms (if you select automatic renewal).

  • Free Trial: We offer a 24‑hour free trial so you can evaluate our service before subscribing; after the trial, your subscription will begin if you choose to purchase.
  • Renewals and Cancellations: Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions do not auto‑renew. You are responsible for renewing before the end of the term to avoid service interruption.
  • Refunds: Our refund policy is explained separately in the “Refund Policy” section below. Because IPTV services are digital and access starts immediately upon activation, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription is activated, except as described in our policy.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

HypoTV grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and view the content solely for personal, non‑commercial use during your active subscription. You agree not to:

  • Copy, record, distribute, retransmit, publicly perform or make available any content or part of the Services without our written permission.
  • Sell, resell, sublicense or share your account or content with third parties.
  • Use the Service in violation of any law, including copyright or broadcasting laws; circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content protection or digital rights management technology; or remove any copyright notices.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers or networks; introduce viruses or harmful code; or use automated scripts to access or collect information.
  • Upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
  • Access or use the Service for any illegal purpose, including watching illegally sourced content or violating local subscription taxes or import restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available through HypoTV, including but not limited to video streams, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of HypoTV or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual‑property laws. You acquire no ownership rights by using the Services.

We respect the intellectual‑property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Section 512 of the U.S. Copyright Act provides safe harbors for service providers who designate an agent to receive notices and promptly remove infringing material. Our DMCA Policy below explains how to submit notices and counter‑notices.

6. Third‑Party Content and Links

The Service may include content provided by third parties or links to third‑party websites. HypoTV is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third‑party materials and does not endorse them. Your use of third‑party content is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws or our repeat‑infringer policy under the DMCA. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal; however, fees already paid are non‑refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Upon termination all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” HypoTV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free; that defects will be corrected; or that content is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypoTV and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, loss of data or goodwill, or service interruptions. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HypoTV, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another, or your violation of any law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body in New York County, or in the courts of New York if arbitration is not enforceable. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive relief.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
