HypoTV provides digital IPTV services, which are delivered electronically and begin immediately upon activation. Because the service is intangible and access cannot be revoked once activated, we have a limited refund policy similar to industry practices. Please review the policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Free Trial
We offer a 24‑hour free trial so you can test HypoTV before committing to a paid subscription. The trial allows you to evaluate channel selection, streaming quality and device compatibility without charge. No payment is required to start the trial.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only granted in the following circumstances:
- Activation Failures: The IPTV subscription fails to activate or is not delivered properly despite correct payment.
- Irreparable Technical Issues: Severe technical problems occur that our support team cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or other billing mistakes have been identified.
Refund Timeframes (Based on Subscription Plan)
To qualify for a refund, requests must be submitted within the applicable time window:
- 1-Month Subscription → Refund available within 7 days of purchase
- 3-Month Subscription → Refund available within 12 days of purchase
- 6-Month Subscription → Refund available within 20 days of purchase
- 12-Month Subscription → Refund available within 30 days of purchase
⚠️ Requests made after the applicable period will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the email address used during purchase and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach any relevant screenshots, error messages or video recordings.
Our support team will review your case within 24–48 hours and notify you of the decision. We may request additional information to verify the issue.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time generally takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. HypoTV is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
5. Partial Refunds and Credits
In cases where only part of a subscription term was impacted by technical issues, we may provide a prorated refund or service credit at our discretion. Credits may be applied to future HypoTV purchases and are non‑transferable.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first following the steps above may result in your HypoTV account being terminated and may delay resolution. Please contact us first so we can assist.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
We may amend this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our website with a new revision date. Your continued use of HypoTV after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
